What is the best way to improve memory?
I want to make the deans list this last year of college, how can I improve my memory and study skills.
I don’t know very much about this topic except that mental exercise, physical exercise and diet are all essential in keeping the brain healthy for longer. I know that there are some foods that are known as brain foods such as dark-skinned fruits and vegetables, coldwater fish such as salmon and trout, nuts which contain vitamin E such as walnuts, socializing and protecting your head by wearing a helmet. You should also bake and grill instead of frying foods.

Take Ginko, it helps. Also, make sure you’re getting 8 hours of sleep/night, which is hard while you’re in college, I know. But if your body has more rest it will perfom better in it’s awake time. Also nutrition plays a huge part. Make sure you are eating a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. Believe it or not, your physical condition will contribute immensly to your mental state.
