memory loss?
I was wondering what can i do for short term memory loss? I am only 28 years old no drugs. help
hello, generally speaking, short term memory loss, in someone as young as you, who has not abused drugs or alcohol, is due to having too much on the mind at once… as in overload. this will affect memory. if this sounds like you, you will need to retrain your thinking process, by narrowing it down to the "here and now", with no projection into tomorrow or anywhere into the future. and not letting these thoughts in, until that time has come. this is very common in our young people today, in our rat race world. i hope this helped!

#1 go for a complete physical at a regular doctor.

Intermittent memory loss can be brought on by stress. Look for the problem and eliminate it. Get plenty of rest, exercise and eat right. Then learn how to relax, maybe practice meditation.

I am 28 myself and suffer from memory loss, I also drink a lot (no drugs) and really don’t get much rest. I know for a fact that if I was to take more time out for myself and relax. Eat healthy and take vitamins, read, get more sleep, and maybe yoga or some form of meditation. My memory will be as if I was a teen again
